Prepainted Aluminum Coil manufactured by our company, is made by PE polyester coating and PVDF fluorocarbon coating, panel thickness between 0.12mm-1.5mm. It is processed by washing, chromizing, roll coating, baking etc. The surface is coated with various color coating materials. The coating colors are white, silver-grey, blue, red etc, which can be chosen from RAL color card. Prepainted aluminum coils are color coated on aluminum coil are primarily used in aluminum plastic panels, aluminum veneers, and aluminum honeycomb panels, aluminum ceiling, roofing, ovens, cans etc. The density is comparatively lighter among the metal materials.

Polyester coating (PE) is a kind of anti-UV ultraviolet coating. The ultraviolet absorber can be divided into matte and high gloss series, suitable for interior decoration and advertising boards.
Fluorocarbon coating (PVDF) after baking at high temperature to form a film, the molecular structure in the coating is tight, and it has super weather resistance. PVDF coatings can be divided into traditional fluorocarbon and nano-fluorocarbon coatings according to the surface film forming structure, suitable for indoor and outdoor decoration, outdoor exhibition advertisements etc.
Coating thickness: PVDF ≥25 micron, PE ≥18 micron.
